Business Development Executive

About Us:
We are a newly established company in Australia, with headquarters in the USA and China that have developed over a decade. We are expanding our footprint into the Australian market. Our company specializes in wholesale business within the HVAC industry and outdoor camping accessories. We are passionate about developing and growing our business in Australia and are looking for a dynamic and motivated team member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our wholesale business in Australia.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients in the HVAC and outdoor camping accessories sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and outdoor camping accessories market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Australia as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $50,601.47 - $100,000.00 per year
