**The Role**
A unique role that differs depending on discipline Working alongside a variety of clients in both the Private and Public Health sectors, you will deliver services that result in the best rehabilitation practices for your clients.
You pride yourself on your ability to deliver client-centred management valuing resilient service and compassionate care. You encompass the people skills to build and maintain meaningful relationships, and exceptional technical skills to ensure a solution-focused approach.
- Occupational Therapist:_
- Functional Capacity Assessments | Assistive Technology Assessments | SIL/SDA Assessments | Basic/Complex Home Modification Assessment.
- Liaise with injured workers, health professionals, employers, insurance agents, legal providers and WHS as required.
- Physio + Exercise Physiologist:_
- Developing and implementing plans that will address barriers to return to work and assists the injured worker with a safe and durable return to work with the pre-injury employer.
- Workplace Rehab Management Services
- Workplace and Functional Assessments
- Psychologist + Rehabilitation Counsellor:_
- Initiate both mental health and physical injury-related support under the guidance and coordination of treating health professionals.
- Monitor the efficacy of program activities to support pre-and post-service.
- Provide holistic support as you assist in restoring an individual's highest level of functional performance to deliver a successful return to work plan.
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans to support an individual’s holistic approach to rehabilitation.
**Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist OR Rehabilitation Counsellor.
- ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Minimum 2-years experience as a Psychologist OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Excellent written + report writing abilities and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for time management
