About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Cairns. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assess, plan, organise, and participate in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive workplace health outcomes.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package, including $75K - $80K + super + bonuses + car. You will also have flexible hours and work arrangements, career development support, and access to fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan workplace rehabilitative programs for clients
  • Participate in workplace assessments and workshops
  • Provide preventative occupational health strategies on site with clients in a 1:1 and group settings
  • Manage clients on different compensable schemes, income protection, and worksite assessments

Requirements:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Mediation or Facilitated Discussion experience is also desirable but not essential
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
