About the Role

Easec Occupational Health is a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation services, and we're seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Rehabilitation Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of Veteran clients' rehabilitation and well-being needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to facilitate a successful transition from military to civilian life.
  • Coordinate return-to-work plans, including vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, work trials, and job placement, as well as non-return-to-work plans.
  • Provide consultancy services specific to your allied health discipline, such as ADL assessments, vocational assessments, worksite task analysis, training, and employer consultancy.
  • Liaise with key multidisciplinary clinical stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional written reports.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Accreditation with AHPRA or relevant professional body.
