We are seeking experienced professionals to join our dynamic team as Contractors, working across Australia to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' rehabilitation and well-being needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized plans to promote successful transitions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical stakeholders to coordinate return-to-work plans, including vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, work trials, and job placement, as well as non-return-to-work plans, such as engagement in treatment and psychosocial activities.
  • Provide consultancy services specific to your allied health discipline, including ADL assessments, vocational assessments, worksite task analysis, training, and employer consultancy.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Prepare professional written reports to document client progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling, or equivalent.
  • Accreditation with AHPRA or relevant professional body.
