We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants (Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, and Rehabilitation Counsellors) to join our dynamic team across Australia as contractors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting veterans in their transition to civilian life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify rehabilitation and well-being needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote successful transition.
  • Coordinate return-to-work plans, including vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and job placement.
  • Provide consultancy services, such as ADL assessments, vocational assessments, and worksite task analysis.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary clinical stakeholders to ensure seamless care.
  • Prepare professional written reports to document progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Accreditation with AHPRA or relevant professional body.
