BOOK KEEPER / ADMINISTRATION / FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

- Have previous experience as a payroll bookkeeper
- Must have proficient knowledge of Xero
- A clear understanding of government rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular, Excel
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience working in the dental industry if preferred
- Strong ability in prioritising tasks based on their urgency and importance
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- High level of confidentiality

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing payroll, superannuation, and leave entitlements
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Reconciling accounts and preparing reconciliation reports
- Data entry
- Monthly reports with commentary
- Liaising directly with clients, suppliers, accountants, and ATO
- Preparation of financial statements and BAS statements.
- 1 day a week will be required to assist in front desk duties
