The role:
Timely management of the payroll and accounts inboxes
- Bank and Bank loan reconciliations
- Bookkeeping, general ledger, account reconciliations, profit & loss statements / balance sheet
- Management of the financial CRM in the ERP
- Customer prepayments
- Statutory requirements including BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll tax etc.
- Processing and management of staff credit cards
- Month end and cash flow reporting
- Manager of all financial reporting delivered from the Advanced ERP software
- Management of company buildings, bills, rentals and associated tasks
- End of year financial reports preparation, contribute towards the data that flows into monthly financial reporting

- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Financial liaison to clients and forward-facing discussions
- Cost Analysis
- Fortnightly Payroll processing approx. 15 staff
- General administrative support and other ad-hoc duties.
- Innovate and enhance the MYOB Advanced program and workflows

To be successful for this role, you will be an experienced Bookkeeper, happy to report to an external Accountant. The most important things we are looking for here are a motivated and team friendly personality with ERP skills such as SAP, Oracle or JDE. If you have MYOB Advanced, this would be a bonus

The organisation are looking to welcome you into the fold to give you the support you need during your onboarding process. They are looking for someone to work onsite with them in their Northern suburbs location 3 days per week, you can work from home for 2 after a successful training period.
