RWDI is looking for a **Regional Sales Coordinator** in our **Sydney** office. This role focuses on supporting sales growth and developing/maintaining client relationships within their designated region (Australia/New Zealand). The role assists the Strategic Director and the project delivery team to grow, strengthen and diversify RWDI business within a geographic region following global company sales processes. They work to expand client relationships and convert project leads to opportunities for the Strategic Director and the project delivery team in assigned region.

**The role includes but is not limited to the following within the assigned region**:

- **Regional Sales Budget Execution**
- In collaboration with the Strategic Director and the Project Delivery team effectively utilize the approved budget for business development activities within the region to enhance client engagement and grow RWDI business.
- Activities may include engaging with clients, attending conferences and events, completing and assisting with sales/marketing trips for the Strategic Director and the project delivery team.
- Monitor and reconcile the regional sales support budget so that all planned activities can take place within the fiscal year.
- ** Activities to Enhance Client Engagement**
- Desktop Client Engagement - Scheduling appointments
- Sales/Marketing Trips and Virtual Meetings for the Strategic Director and the project delivery team in the Region
- Schedule and coordinate Personal Sales/Marketing Trips and Virtual Meetings
- Enter all notes and follow up activities into CRM
- Lunch and Learns
- In collaboration with the Strategic Director and the project delivery team, coordinate Lunch and Learns
- Plan for RWDI participation (budget) and execute RWDI participation
- Coordinate post-Lunch and Learn follow up
- Track all Lunch and Learn information, notes, and follow up in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Regional Events: Office openings, Client Appreciation, Education Days
- Co-ordinate approved Regional Events: Promotion, On-site support, Follow up
- Client Maintenance
- Monitor proposal activity by client and key relationships within the region to identify clients that might be at risk (ie) declining business, competitor engagement
- Ensure RWDI has consistent touch points with clients
- ** Procurement Pursuits for**
- Assist the project delivery team with responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Multi-Team Bidding Opportunities for RWDI to participate
- Update CRM with data on a) and b)
- Developing on marketing materials
- Experience within the Industry and Infrastructure sectors in Australia
- Exceptional organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is necessary to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing activities.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet tight deadlines and accommodate clients and colleagues in varying time zones.
