**What will you be doing in this role**:
As the Sales and Settlements Coordinator, your responsibilities will be varied and highly process driven. You will work closely with the sales team and Principals to ensure the entire back end sales process across compliance, trust accounting and administration runs smoothly.
- Manage agency sales compliance and policies
- New listing file preparation and review agency agreements
- Track marketing monies owing and paid
- Approve properties to go live
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
- Prepare contracts and bidding info for auctions
- Execute sales advices
- Process exchanged contracts and documentation
- Request bank details and TFN from buyers and vendors
- Prepare weekly sales reporting
- Daily receipting of sales trust account
- Banking preparation and process credit card payments
- Bank reconciliations and end of month
- Open/close investment accounts for sales deposits
- Liaison with solicitors to confirm settlement dates/times
- Prepare settlement paper work and release of funds
- Additional ad hoc admin tasks as required
- A current NSW real estate licence
- Experiencing using Agentbox preferable
- 3 years in a similar role managing sales trust and administration
- Razor sharp attention to detail and highly organised
- Sound knowledge of sales legislation and requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work unsupervised and as apart of a team
- Full Australian work rights
