- Provide comprehensive support services across various areas, including Human Resources, Finance, Information/Records Management, Administration, and Project Systems.
- Assist project managers and team members by coordinating meetings, managing documents, offering financial advice, and maintaining spreadsheets and registers.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies, regional regulations, legislation (including WH&S), and governance obligations.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to manage funds allocation, budgeting, financial reporting, and various financial aspects.

- Support contract and claims management for projects, including project reporting and expenditure reviews.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in program administration, financial support, or related roles.
