Intro Recruitment is partnering with a state government client to find an experienced
**Administration Officer (A02)** to provide a range of administrative support services utilising a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Where required, ensure the delivery of a range of support services associated with, but not limited to, Human Resources, Finance, Information/Records Management, Administration, and Project Systems.
- Provide support to project managers and team members, including coordination of team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, documents and reports, financial support, advice and reporting, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers and providing timely information and updates.
- Ensure operational practices and standards of service and performance comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation (incl. WH&S), and governance obligations.
- Experience working with SAP and Excel.
- Experience with accounts receivable and payable.
- Experience with financial reporting.
