**The role**: We are seeking a self-motivated individual who loves having things organised and will take initiative to join our experienced team.Specifically, the role will involve but not limited to:
- Organising all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments
- Provide efficient and effective support to the work unit by maintaining efficient records management and information management systems

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel etc)

- Ability to adapt in a changing work environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations
- Experience in solving problems and implementing solutions within a set timeframe.
