**About the job**

Reporting to the Project Manager on this fast-paced project, your previous administration experience and your ability to deliver a wide variety of tasks will ensure your success in the role. We are looking for an organised and driven Project Administrator to join our enthusiastic and supportive team.

**About the project**

The scope of the works involves the expansion of Cockburn Cement Limited’s (CCL) cement operations at Kwinana, WA. This includes new grinding circuits and raw material storage and reclamation system designed to produce several different cement products for the local market. The facility will incorporate 2 new 100 tph ball mill grinding circuits feeding into 6 new 3,200 tonne finished product silos with truck out loading.

Some key responsibilities in this Project role include:

- Maintain Project Master List and Timesheet / Sign on Master.
- Coordinate with applicable Supervisors in relation to verification of daily absences and welfare checks.
- Cross reference of daily sign-on sheets to timesheets.
- Provide backup for accurate data entry of timesheet hours, applicable checks for completeness and submission of fortnightly pay file upload in accordance with internal payroll processes and deadlines.
- Review of documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Collation of information for Daily Force Reports, Daily Sign Ons and Delivery Registers and other reports.
- Raising of supply requisitions and invoice receipting in Pronto.
- Manage and maintain filing systems; transmission and archiving of project documentation while maintaining document control protocols.
- Maintenance of Training Matrix and HSE administrative support.
- Engineering and material control administrative support.
- Reconciliation of company credit card, escorting site visitors, arranging meetings/training and effectively cooperate and communicate with wider project team to provide day-to-day administrative support.

Key Details:
