**The role**:
As our Operations Coordinator, you will help oversee and facilitate asserts to projects efficiently, safely and on budget. This is an office based role working in the South Brisbane area.

**Your impact**:
Your success in this role will enable our site teams to produce efficient outcomes.

**Your every day**:

- Logistic coordination; day-to-day requirements around assets and ensuring no loss of production or changes to project planning.
- Coordination of wet/dry plant hire in conjunction with client needs.
- Managing the day-to-day financial requirements for the Unyte business.
- Managing coding and issuing of purchase orders to aid site teams.
- Presenting invoices for approval and requesting.

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience in an operations / logistics role helping manage a large fleet of assets.
- Track record of scheduling assets and resources.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO quality systems.
- Sound understanding of relevant legislations including EBA's, awards, polices, insurances etc.
- Hard-working attitude and self-motivated to help a team deliver.
