Accounts Payable Officer

- Initially office based, but WFH options after a period of training

Our client is a well-known and trusted provider to the Australian mining industry. Their office is based in Newcastle and their services are utilised by clients on a national level.

Due to an internal movement, they now have the requirement for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance team in a short-term capacity (3-4 months). The role will be full-time hours but they allow for a flexible start and finish time to suit your lifestyle.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Liaising with suppliers
- Assisting the wider finance team

**Essentially you’ll have**:

- Experience processing accounts payable invoices
- Ability to commit to a short-term assignment
- Confident picking up and navigating systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
