Our client is a leading construction company which manages and delivers quality projects across NSW and Queensland and places great value on its people and the team environment it has created.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager and General Manager and will be based out of their head office located in Beresfield.
- All elements of Accounts Payable
- Creditor Invoices, Statement Reconciliations and Inquiries
- Monthly Reconciliations and Reporting
- General administration support as required
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams throughout the company
- Assist and provide relief support with Payroll
- Relief support for other members of the administration team including Reception
- **Selection Criteria**_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong PC and computer literacy skills with proven experience in accounting software (MYOB and Microsoft preferred)
- Highly efficient Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great time management skills with an ability to work under pressure
- Be a team player
- A high level of attention to detail
- Monday to Friday
