**Regulatory Engagement Analyst (12-month secondment)**

Our Compliance team are instrumental to Youi doing the right thing by our customers, as well as supporting Youi’s growth as we enter into a new chapter of business maturity.

**About the Role**

Key responsibilities will be:

- Coordinating regulatory correspondence, as well as providing timely oversight of upcoming matters to senior management
- Providing accurate and timely compliance advice and support to the business in relation to regulatory engagement and change
- Preparing time critical regulatory responses, notifications, and periodic reporting
- Supporting breach reporting processes
- Performing data analysis and maintaining detailed records to support regulatory reporting
- Completing impact assessments on emerging regulatory change matters
- Coordinating team input into risk and compliance reporting, updates to the Compliance function’s risk register and monitoring timelines of outstanding action items
- Assisting with the continuous improvement of regulatory reporting processes
- Supporting the wider Compliance team with other compliance related tasks
- Adhoc compliance projects as required.

**About you**:

- Have a thorough understanding of our internal processes and ideally an understanding of compliance obligations, compliance, and risk frameworks
- Have excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Have outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be driven to deliver successful business outcomes
- Be IT savvy with excellent MS PowerPoint skills
- Be collaborative and enjoy working in an ever-changing and dynamic work environment
- Live and breathe our Youi values every day
- Have a legal or compliance related background (desirable however not essential)
