We are looking for a creative and results driven talent acquisition specialist who can develop this new function in our business. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture you will part of a highly passiontate and supportive team.

**The Opportunity**
You’ll partner with leaders across the business, supporting them in the development and execution of the recruitment strategy and related activities.
As an experienced technical recruiter, you’ll be in your element as you make the role your own. This role also presents exciting opportunities for career development by developing our employee value proposition, system enhancements and building strong relationships with external partners.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Proactively partnering with key stakeholders to develop strong support and a deep understanding of the business units and disciplines
- Creating innovative solutions to attract exceptional talent, including proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal promotion initiatives and other sourcing initiatives
- Building strong university relationships to develop and drive our graduate recruitment program
- Implementing the TA function in the business and coach managers on effecting hiring decisions
- Sharing market insights and reporting on talent acquisition efforts with the business
- Building and managing strong relationships with our recruitment agencies
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**
- Substantial experience in an internal talent acquisition or sourcing role. Experience in the property and infrastructure environment would be highly regarded, however if not, the curiosity to learn and the right attitude is paramount
- A creative and value-add approach to the recruitment and attraction process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel;
- Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms;
- A strong sense of team, and hunger to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture initiatives;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines;
