**About The Role**
Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager, we are looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team where you will focus on being creative in the way you hire top talent for key roles in the business. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, creating recruitment campaigns and undertaking targeted market mapping.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine current and future recruitment needs, influencing business decision with specialist knowledge and relevant talent / market information
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified talent aligned with our organisational values, to enable Sportsbet to achieve its vision and strategy.
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to innovate the talent acquisition process
