About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Corporate Recruitment Team.

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for the national end-to-end recruitment in the Corporate area of Team Global Express. You will partner with key business functions, partnering, influencing and leading the hiring managers along the way. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will have a strong sense of team, will be engaging and consultive. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication, operation and people skills will hold you in high regard.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities- Partner and guide stakeholders, providing industry insights from initial intent to go to market, right through to offers and contracts.-
- Partner closely with HR colleagues.About you

The role requires someone driven, passionate, organised, and tenacious. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will have strong communication and negotiation skills with a desire to continuously learn and grow their skillsets.- Strong capability with stakeholder partnering- In-house recruitment experience- Consultative- Easily handle up to 25 roles at one time- Be a brand ambassador- Experience in Workday software an advantage- Commercial enablement mindset- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills- Exceptional problem-solving abilities- Demonstrated collaborative nature and a team player- Excellent verbal, listening, written and communication skills- Strong ethical credibility and integrity
