We are seeking a casual Call Centre Clerk who is committed to providing excellence in standards of health care delivery and join our Call Centre Team at St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital.

**The Role**:
The Call Centre Clerk is responsible for contacting patients regarding upcoming bookings and entering data for all Surgical Admissions to St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital. This position will work closely with the Surgical Bookings Clerks and Surgical Admissions.

**About You**:
You will be a highly organized and process-focused professional with previous experience in a similar clerical position. Experience with E-pas is desirable.

Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent time management skills to be able to manage a high volume of confidential patient data through our Bookings system.
