**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a Project Officer to be part of our Business Services Unit team within the Communication Services Command. The Project Officer undertakes a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and objectives.

**Target Question 1**:
In the role of Project Officer you will be required to communicate effectively with the project team and key stakeholders.

Demonstrate how you would use your customer service skills to obtain information for project staff and coordinate project management activities within the Command.

**Target Question 2**:
Provide an example of a recent project that you have worked on. What steps did you use to evaluate and improve the outcomes of the project.
