**APS4 Project Support Officer**

**APS4 Project Support Officer** positions available Working on a full-time weekly hours, 12-month Labour hire contract, paying $43.82 per hour + super, of course with the possibility of further extensions.

**The Role and Team**:
The projects transition branch is embarking on their 3P Transition, in preparing the Agency's Service Delivery to transition into a new Salesforce CRM (Data analysis and migration to Salesforce).

The APS4 Project Support Officer may have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.

The 3P Transition Operational Readiness Team, focus on ensuring the business and staff are ready for 3P transition. They oversee the alignment of People, Processes, and Platforms, ensuring Service Delivery is ready to operate in the new environment. They work closely with leadership across service delivery to confirm that readiness activities are completed and act as a conduit to bridge gaps in readiness. Our Operational Readiness Team confirms alignment and readiness, making sure the 3P transition enhances our operations, not hinder them.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assisting with data migration and analysis to Salesforce and on relevant project activities.
- Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
- Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
- Managing, collating, interpreting, and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions
- **Australian citizenship is a requirement to be eligible for this position.**:

- Data entry experience - data migration and analysis to Salesforce.
- IT oriented, with the ability to learn multiple systems / platforms.
- Demonstrated experience within fast paced environments, with changing priorities and time frames.
- Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to exercise independent judgement.
- Previous Government experience highly advantageous.
