The role

Surry Hills office with Hybird WFH model 12 month non ongoing posiiton Vibrant team Engaging workforce with ongoing support provided Must be an Australian Citizen to be considered Main duties and responsibilities: Providing support for project coordination, procurement, and budget managementManaging contracts, including monitoring and reviewing deliverables from external groups and organisationsAssisting in the evaluation of evidence to support the development of best practice guidelinesSupporting communication initiativesContributing to the preparation of high-quality plans, reports, and briefing materialsCoordinating project deliverables aligning with policies and processesMeetings and performing secretarial duties Skills and experience: Understands, endorses, and promotes the strategic direction of the Team, ensuring alignment with Branch and Agency objectives.Commits to delivering quality outcomes and ensures projects are completed while remaining adaptable and positive to changing requirements.Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.Demonstrates and encourages ethical behavior in accordance with the APS Code of Conduct, APS values, and APS Employment Principles.Effectively presents messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner, choosing the most appropriate medium for conveying information.
