We are looking for an Office Administration Assistant to join our team in a part time role. We are seeking a reliable, outcome focused team member to join a professional, supportive and close-knit team. This role is great for anyone looking to work school hours as the role is approximately 15-18 hours per week worked between Monday and Friday.

**Position**

The role of the Office Administrator is to support the Cymax team by carrying out a range of administrative support, as well as managing the maintenance of the building.

Once probation is completed there is an option for some flexible working.

Duties will include
- General office duties, answering the telephone and door, filling
- Data Entry for Finance
- Raising invoices and entering invoices, send statements and provide responses to creditor queries
- Support for Finance such as chasing creditors
- Maintaining records and reports
- Organising social events for the team
- Liaising and supporting tenants
- Managing contractors and third party suppliers to the business

You are reliable with a commitment to completing tasks. You enjoy being part of team and working in a quiet, professional and friendly environment.
- 2 years experience in a previous admin role
- Intermediate Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and show initiative
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Courteous and confident phone manner
- Driver’s license essential

Some experience with Xero, MYOB and using a CRM would be advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
