Our client, a reputable organization in the public sector, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Service Desk Officer - Level 1 and 2. This is a 3-month contract position that offers a chance to contribute to the smooth functioning of their operations.

**About the Role**:
As a Service Desk Officer - Level 1 and 2, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving level 1 and 2 issues, answering calls from internal staff, and providing efficient and effective support to resolve any IT-related problems. Additionally, you will be involved in fixing printer issues to ensure smooth workflow across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding to and resolving level 1 and 2 issues promptly and professionally.
- Answering calls from internal staff and providing technical support.
- Fixing printer issues and assisting with other IT-related problems as required.
