Your day to day will include but won't be limited to:

- Manage the versioning process for promos, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with teams for error resolution and timely project completion.
- Oversee the streamlined workflow for base production, optimising raw footage conversion.
- Manage archiving, rendering, and cleanup processes for efficient promo creation.
- Conduct thorough quality control on final promos before sending to the Network Programming Center.
- Ensure prompt delivery of MPEG files to clients, addressing technical issues as needed.
- Efficiently use Media Asset Management and Production Asset Management systems for cataloguing.
- Ensure adherence to protocols for seamless asset retrieval and usage.
- Perform end-of-night checks to ensure readiness for the next day's production.
- Address outstanding issues promptly for a smooth workflow.

**Qualifications**
What we would like to see on your resume:

- Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to promptly fix errors in promos
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing accurate and consistent versioning of promotional content.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
