Sprint People is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's unique aesthetic.

$85k-$100k + depending on experience

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative professional to bring their expertise in social media management and interior design to a leading ecommerce brand. You will be tasked with creating high-quality video content, managing our social media calendar, and engaging with our online community.

  • Create captivating video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook that resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar that meets deadlines and aligns with our brand's goals.
  • Edit videos and reels using native tools, as well as external software like CapCut and Canva.
  • Produce 3-4+ pieces of content per day, from concept to posting.
  • Collaborate with peers to create quality videos while producing your own content featuring as our brand ambassador.
  • Work with customers to create before/after content, building relationships and capturing various versions of spaces and designs for repurposing across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, responding quickly to translate them into content that reflects our brand's ethos and style.
  • Lead weekly sessions with the content team to plan ideas and create actionable plans.
  • Analyse success and reach of content, identifying what resonates with our customers.
  • Manage social media community engagement, responding to comments and collaborating with the customer service team when needed.
