**Overview**
We're looking for someone who is in touch with the sports entertainment landscape. You love your NRL, and your TikTok feed should be filled with the latest content from Australian sports influencers.
This role will be primarily responsible for video production, content ideation and creation, playing a key part in delivering Dabble’s social and content strategy. This strategy focuses on creating brand and customer experiences, both in-app and on socials. Video streaming is a cornerstone of our in-app offering, as well as a growing social media presence and digital advertising.

**Responsibilities**
- Creation of daily video edits to showcase moments from our in-app live streams
- Ideate and create social-first content that is topical and on trend for both Dabble’s social channels, and in-app customer audience
- Film and edit video content for Dabble events, both customer facing and internal
- Manage the post-production process including editing, colour grading sound mixing, etc.
- Work with Content and Talent teams to ideate and produce video assets created with our partners
- Host and produce weekly in-app live streams nationwide
- Work with the wider creative team to develop video and motion graphics for advertising
- Distribute video content across social channels in collaboration with Social Media Manager
- Develop new video production ideas that showcase Dabble’s unique experience
- Ensuring all content adheres to copyright laws, Responsible Gambling requirements, usage rights, and platform-specific guidelines (music, third-party assets, etc.)
- Effectively manage media files for version control and archiving
- Adhere to Dabble’s tone of voice and uphold quality standards
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience in digital trends that are relevant and used by our target audience
- Strong understanding of video production workflows and techniques (including live broadcast)
- 3+ years of experience in content creation for social media platforms, preferably in the sports or entertainment industries
- Proficiency with audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / the good old iPhone
- Proficiency with videography for social media channels
- Portfolio of relevant work and creative examples
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
- A passion for social media channels and a modern attitude towards content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Additional photography skills will be advantageous
