**HR Business Partner**

This organisation operates in the environmental and sustainability sector. It delivers an invaluable service to the community and prides itself on being able to deliver quality outcomes. This role will be instrumental in providing support and advice across the business on a range of HR issues. Partnering with senior stakeholders your key responsibilities will include:

- Support key stakeholders on all HR related matters
- Lead the performance review process
- Provide direction and advice on performance management issues and coach stakeholders on employee issues
- Provide robust and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
- Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with legislation
- Coach and support stakeholders on employee issues
- Provide robust employee relations advice including case management
- Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant long-term strategies, operational plans and projects
- Specific project work including strategic workforce planning

This role will be well suited to an experienced HR Business partner who is pragmatic and has a can do attitude. You will have knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in coaching and supporting stakeholders. In addition to your strong generalist skills, you will enjoy working in a high performing, collaborative team. You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and have a solutions focused approach to your work. Experience dealing with a mix of white and blue collar work force will be highly regarded.
