Heartattack and Vine is looking for an experienced bar manager with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, who is proficient in cocktail preparation and wants to be a part of a team with an emphasis on workplace culture and work life balance.

Availability: Weekends, 4 shifts per week with potential for more.

- A minumum of 2 years bar experience or 12 months in a similar role
- Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
- Must be proficient in cocktail preparation
- Basic wine knowledge
- Ability to manage a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Attention to detail
- Must assist in quality control, ensuring consistency and maintaining venue standards
- Ability to monitor and manage stock
- Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Must have RSA Certificate
