**The Company**

Robert Half Technology are working with a NFP firm based on the CBD fringe to hire a Test Lead. The firm is embarking on an exciting project to replace their current payment gateway, aiming for a seamless integration and enhanced functionality. As part of this transition, they are seeking a skilled Test Lead to ensure the smooth execution of testing activities and the validation of our new payment system.

As a Test Lead for the Payment Gateway Replacement Project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the project by overseeing various testing activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of the new payment gateway.
- Executing test scripts to verify all features and functionalities, reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Conducting regression testing to ensure the new gateway does not impact existing payment functionalities.
- Performing end-to-end testing of the payment processing workflow and verifying system integrations.
- Designing and executing load tests to assess performance under varying levels of user traffic.
- Managing the testing environment and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience in software testing and leading teams, particularly in payment processing or financial services.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test scripts using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB certification) would be advantageous.
