Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

Government & Defence provides specialised logistics expertise, including relocation services. We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.

The opportunity:

- Fixed Term Contract (FT hours) until 02/10/2025 with opportunities for permanency along the way._

Due to ongoing growth within the business we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Government & Defence team as a Case Management Associate in our Brisbane office. You will play a crucial role by assisting case managers in the relocation of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families across Australia. Our team strive to ensure that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation, and are on the lookout for our next superstar to join our team

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.-
- Support account management and transaction processing.-
- Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests.-
- Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.-
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.What We Offer:
