One such organisation is currently after a new
**Sales Manager** to lead the Enterprise sales team.
So, what’s the business?
An organisation in the training sector, this company works with the 80% of the workforce which is still desk less
- delivering training that is hands on with assessments both on site and in head office.
Specifically, they work with businesses where a lack of training means the potential for injury. Think mining, transport, construction, food & beverage. Within these businesses they deliver training through online content across different devices. Critically, they also assess how well the training is being implemented
- with digital records of process designed to avoid issues and reduce business risk.
The
**Sales Manager** will report directly into the CEO. They will manage a team of 2 BDMs, and be responsible for an annual revenue target of several million dollars in new ARR.
This is a player coach role
- you’ll have your own individual target to deliver on, and you’ll also manage a team. And
- you’ll be rewarded appropriately
- with a base salary commensurate with managing a small but growing team and commissions and incentives to match. (If that’s too vague for you just call 02 9188 1594 and ask me about the salary details).
You’ll sell to Enterprise level corporates, as well as training organisations (think RTOs or non accredited training businesses). You’ll have a number of case studies from large government organisations as well as global brands who are using and loving the product.
You and your team will be speaking with stakeholders in enterprise organisations with the titles of Heads of Learning, Heads of Training, as well as the Risk and Compliance function. You’ll need to speak C-Suite in order to demonstrate the value of the product.
