At Dynatrace, you will take on the role of Regional Sales Director for Strategic Enterprise in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Your main responsibility will be overseeing the top 20 Enterprise customers for Dynatrace in the ANZ region, specifically based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane, all of which are publicly listed on the ASX. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving growth with major brands in the ANZ market.

As the Regional Sales Director, you will manage a team of 6 senior account executives located in Sydney and Melbourne, reporting to the RVP Sales, ANZ. Your key focus will be developing the Go to Market Strategy for Dynatrace's premier accounts in the ANZ region over multiple years as part of the APAC and ANZ Strategic accounts team, necessitating close collaboration with stakeholders within Dynatrace and our partner community.

We are seeking an inspiring sales leader with a growth mindset, comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will involve crafting and executing sales strategies, creating long-term account plans, fostering executive relationships, and motivating your team through thought leadership and sales expertise.

As a Dynatrace Sales Director, you will face the challenge of boosting revenue growth, driving large deals, devising strategic account plans, establishing executive connections across the Dynatrace Corporate Team for the top 20 customers. You will be a respected figure in sales within the company, setting the standard for Strategic Accounts throughout ANZ.

Keys to Success
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in the IT industry, particularly in enterprise software sales
  • Ability to mentor sales executives
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Expertise in influencing others in sensitive situations
  • Strong sense of urgency and results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in sales skills including prospecting, qualification, presentation, and closing
  • Experience in generating sales revenues from both new and existing accounts
  • Extensive account management experience covering net new, growth, renewal sales, consultative selling, and client relationship management
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing deals
  • Demonstrated track record of securing business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Successful history of achieving revenue and performance goals while maintaining a solid customer base
  • Ability to exceed revenue and activity targets through solution-oriented selling
  • Strong presentation skills for varied audiences
  • Business and technical acumen in IT management and multi-cloud domains
  • Experience in the SaaS sector
