As the Part-time Administrative Assistant, you will assist other members of the team in an effective, timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day administration operations within the business. You will need to be highly organised and a proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment, able to juggle multiple deadlines and have an ability to multi-task.
**Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include**:
- Attend to all incoming customer queries, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Processing customer orders and providing stock availability, address verification, errors, organising stock from other locations.
- Assisting with set up of marketplaces, products, descriptions where required.
- Manage sales returns from customers.
- Ad hoc administrative and reception duties as requested.
**Ideally you will have**:
- Previous experience in office based administration or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced Level) is highly regarded.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
