**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, customer focused Administration Assistant to join our successful team in Broadmeadow NSW 2292.

This is a part-time role, 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday with occasional leave relief required.

This is an active, interactive role where you will be engaging with our Workshop crew and customers.

Some of the responsibilities of this role will include:

- Organising service calls and product orders.
- Answering phone calls.
- Data entry.
- Hardcopy filing.
- Managing Outlook Calendars.
- Scanning and electronic filing.
- Arranging travel and accommodations.

**About You**
You take pride in your work with a high degree of attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise competing demands.

In addition, you will also possess the following skills and qualities:

- A positive ‘can do’ approach to your work.
- Computer literacy including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to engage and communicate with colleagues and customers.
- The ability to work well autonomously as well as within a team.
- Well-presented and a welcoming demeanor.
- A willingness to learn and a drive to achieve.
- Available for scheduled leave relief when required (planned in advance).
