About the role

Learn and Adopt Value Stream is dedicated to attracting and informing people who would benefit from ANZ Plus propositions. It is also responsible for transitioning existing ANZ customers over to ANZ Plus in a planned, seamless and helpful way.

We’re looking for a standout data-led digital producer Working within the Website Sales and Optimisation team, you’ll collaborate with Data Analysts, UX Designers and Content Writers to create optimised web experiences that our customers love to be a part of. This includes ideating, planning, and delivering on the various activities and experiments to improve engagement and conversions for all types of users.

What will your day look like

Plan, create and deliver content and experiences that are accessible, usable and delight our customers

You’ll be our champion for personalised web experiences that, based on data, are optimised for the customer’s needs

You’ll be hands on and key to implementing web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target

Work cross functionally, engaging a variety of stakeholders across marketing / personalisation and content teams to drive traffic and conversion

Belong to our Community, and a core element of our website marketing team, ensuring our brand is being represented properly and that each touchpoint is stylistically consistent.

What will you bring?

A passion for the customer and creating amazing experiences for them

Deep experience with Web Content Management systems (headless), with AEM experience and skills.

Understanding of web technologies and ability to work with both UX /CX designers and engineers to help create great experiences

Understanding of web performance / analytics tools / testing will be helpful, including Adobe Target.

Lean / agile software development methodologies are familiar to you.

You can strike a harmonious balance between long term, big-picture thinking and getting things done quickly where needed.
