**About the Role**
Oversee content delivery, coordinate learning activities, and provide support to a cohort of Mental Health and Wellbeing Leaders (MHWLs) and their affiliated schools within the Mental Health in Primary Schools Project (MHiPS). Aid in the creation of individual development plans and facilitate tailored learning modules as part of the MHiPS Training Program.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting MHWLs by developing learning goals and monitoring and tracking progress against goals.
- Delivering the MHiPS programs’ core training modules in the form of seminars, workshops and drop-in sessions. Responding to any training related queries.
- Completing bi-yearly job analysis, and subsequent analysis of data identifying trends and actions to be taken.
- Comprehensive reporting to determining risks to project delivery and quality, encompassing both quantitative summaries and qualitative analysis of emerging trends and patterns.
- Contributing to research publications as directed by the Education Lead.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You will bring valuable experience in learning support roles and possess a deep understanding of mental health and wellbeing strategies tailored for schools. Your ability to effectively convey information and guide interactions, coupled with your exceptional ability to nurture strong relationships, empowers you to engage and lead captivating learning sessions.

You will also have:

- A tertiary qualification in an appropriate field (education, wellbeing, psychology, social work or other Allied Health).
- Knowledge and experience of evidence-based strategies to support the mental wellbeing of primary school students, ideally in a classroom context.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to present and facilitate learning regularly (in person and on zoom).
- Strong ability to develop and sustain multiple relationships with individuals and with a group.

The expectation for a full-time position is 3 days per week based in the Parkville office.
If opting for 0.8 FTE, availability is required from Monday to Thursday.
