About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the delivery of content, coordinate learning activities, and provide support to a cohort of Mental Health and Wellbeing Leaders (MHWLs) and their affiliated schools within the Mental Health in Primary Schools initiative (MHiPS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support MHWLs in developing learning goals and monitoring progress against these goals.
  • Deliver core training modules through workshops, learning community sessions, and drop-in sessions, responding to training-related queries.
  • Conduct comprehensive reporting to determine risks to project delivery and quality, including quantitative summaries and qualitative analysis of emerging trends and patterns.
  • Contribute to internal projects focused on continuous improvement of the MHiPS offering.
About You

We are looking for an individual with valuable experience in learning support roles and a deep understanding of mental health and wellbeing strategies tailored for schools. You will possess a tertiary qualification in an appropriate field and knowledge of evidence-based strategies to support the mental wellbeing of primary school students.

You will also have excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present and facilitate learning regularly. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you will be working with multiple stakeholders.
