Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Programs Officer to spearhead impactful offender programs both in the community and in custody. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement rehabilitation strategies that leverage your expertise in psychology or social work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group programs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful offender reintegration
  • Leverage your leadership skills to drive positive change and promote successful outcomes
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs

Salary and Benefits

As a Senior Programs Officer, you can expect a salary of $102,808 - $112,645 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, learning and development opportunities, and housing assistance subsidies in regional locations.
