**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about urban and regional planning and eager to contribute to our community's growth.
- Tertiary qualifications or nearing completion in Town Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related field.
- Understanding of development assessment processes and the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979.
- Experience in setting personal work objectives and monitoring performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and prepare quality reports.

Join our Team and Grow with Us
- **Package**:From $80,000 to $87,000 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation. Salary will be paid based on skills and experience.
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time: 35 hours per week with option of 19-day month flexitime arrangement
