Victoria University (VU) is seeking an experienced People Experience Portfolio Manager who thrives on the challenges of change and is a collaborative and inclusive influencer and leader. We want to position VU as an employer of choice and your experience as an agile leader in P&C lifecycle service design is key to that.

**The Opportunity**:
The People Experience Portfolio Manager will co-design and manage the delivery of people experiences across advisory services including recruitment, WorkCover and generalist HR to support organisational strategies. The role will provide thought leadership, advice and insights to the broader organisation and P&C based on service delivery metrics and feedback. As a trusted advisor in P&C, you will foster an agile service delivery environment to support the P&C service portfolio.

**The Portfolio and Team**

The P&C portfolio provides integrated human resources advice and support to the business areas of the University. Working closely with our clients, we deliver strategically aligned workforce solutions in areas including change management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, health and safety, industrial and employee relations, pay and benefits, rewards, and recruitment. We also plan, design, communicate, and monitor the University's Workforce Strategy with a focus on building organisation and change management capability and providing workforce data to support strategic decision-making to enable the University to deliver on its strategic agenda.

**About You**

You will have substantial skill with people experience lifecycle services and practices with expertise in recruitment, HR advisory, WorkCover, the HR legislative compliance landscape, data analysis and root cause analysis, and sharing data insights to senior management. You are someone who can flex from using human centred design approaches to design positive people experiences through to managing complex HR cases.

You thrive on driving change in a fast paced and constantly changing environment to support strategic outcomes. You have excellent consulting and interpersonal skills, and you can quickly develop effective relationships with key stakeholders. You enjoy influencing and negotiating with clients as well as coaching, developing and mentoring your team and colleagues.
