Victoria University is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced and motivated leader in people-centric workforce design and implementation to join our Transformation Project Office.
This role will work with like-minded professionals to lead an enterprise-wide transformation program, Towards One VU, to create the long-term financial sustainability of Victoria University to be a thriving place to study and work.
Anchored in our strategic plan, this program is a series of future-focused initiatives building on our institutional strengths, firmly placing students and their success at the core of everything we do.

The role will provide streamlined coordination and a support function across the University in relation to organisational design (high level and detailed design), aligning talent with the agreed strategy and workforce transitions and reshaping to ensure the future design is implemented and the change embedded successfully.
An integral part of this will be leading the people side of change associated with the transformation program, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, positions and organisational structures are documented, understood, and that new ways of working are successfully implemented.
