We have a fantastic opportunity for an additional Bid Administrator to join our Queensland team working with bid managers and bid directors, as well as our Pursuits & Bidding team to support work winning activities. With access to a global community of Bid champions, you will collaborate with and learn from other minds.
**The Opportunity**
- Bid inbox management including downloading of tender documentation and updating the Bid Tracker
- Setting up tender folders and administrative needs on tender
- Schedule meetings and coordinate:
- Bid Go / No Go
- Contract reviews
- Bid reviews
- Bid support:
- Standard input and tender forms
- Source background information
- Source CVs
- Format, compile and finalise response documents
- Compliance checks
- Post-bid activities (filing, PJN closeout, feedback upload etc)
- CRM data entry under direction of LBL / GTM Geography Lead
