**The Organisation**

Our client makes a vital contribution to Melbourne's waterway. They achieve this by supplying high-quality drinking water, providing outstanding sewerage services, integrating drainage systems, building resilience to flooding and enhancing our waterway and land for greater community use.

**The Role**

Newly created role reporting to the Manager People Hub, you will be operating cross-functionally across the varied teams within the portfolio and working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. As the Project Lead, you will work collaboratively where you will plan and deliver improvement projects. As a trusted advisor to the internal stakeholders you will maintain md build strong working relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead projects for new and innovative approaches to deliver high quality
- Mentor and guide the Advisors for a better understanding of the improvements
- Manage the implementation of enhancements to improve practices and processes
- Ability to identify continuous improvement while working alongside leadership

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrate generalist experience in a range of Human Resources services
- Project experience and a strong capability in delivering defined outcomes
- Sound knowledge of policy and procedures with the ability for continuous improvement
- An understanding and experience with HRIS.
