Join us in the **Marine Technical Superintendent** role which will take technical responsibility of Port of Brisbane’s fleet of vessels, including providing technical oversight of the TSHD Brisbane and support to the onboard engineering team.

**Experienced, willing, and with great attention to detail: Here’s who we’re looking for.**
- You have proven leadership experience, with a focus on employee development, engagement, and collaboration.
- You’ve already made the transition from seafaring to shore based management and you’re ready for your next challenge, **or** you’re looking to make that transition now.
- You take a long-term view of marine fleet technical optimisation.
- You have proven experience in embedding a strategic asset management approach to managing vessel/floating asset lifecycles.
- You have proven experience in project management, and ideally experience planning and managing international ship dockings.
- You’re experienced in overseeing and managing mandatory systems including Planned Maintenance Systems and dredging/ hydrographic data systems.
- You’re passionate about driving technological improvements and efficiencies and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and quality control improvements.
- You hold (or held) a seafaring engineering qualification.
