Join us in the **Marine Workshop and Site Superintendent** role where you will manage the workshop, marine fleet vehicles and mechanical plant, and the Whyte Island Operation Base site ensuring work is completed safely, to a high quality and effectively. As an experienced leader, you will lead a small team of tradespeople with a focus on employee development, engagement, and collaboration.

- You are a trade qualified hands-on leader experienced in ensuring workshop activities are planned and executed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- You are experienced in managing overhauls and operational readiness of business-critical spare parts, components, and equipment.
- You ideally have experience in marine maintenance with an understanding of relevant materials and classifications.
- You are flexible and adaptable, and keen to cross develop within the marine technical team.
- You are passionate about developing your team and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and quality control improvements.
