**Your new role**

As an Assistant Manager Business Services, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing them with tailored and proactive advice on various business issues. You will also supervise and mentor a team of junior staff and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with professional standards and firm policies. You will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging assignments, as well as develop your technical and soft skills through ongoing training and development.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A CA/CPA qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in business services in an Australian accounting Firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- A desire to learn and grow within the firm
